Oven operator — Madison County

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Madison County, Alabama. The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
