We are recruiting: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in County Durham, England. Day to day you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines. What we are looking for: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around £2,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
