Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
