Great opportunity: motor grader operator (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Travis County, Texas. The job is at a plant hire yard. Day-to-day duties: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals Ideal candidate: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
