We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Oceana County, Michigan. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. On the job you will handle: • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed You should have: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
