Road roller operator wanted in Multnomah County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a road roller operator in Multnomah County, Oregon. You will work at a landfill site. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Check for underground cables and services before digging Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
