Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Kebbe, Sokoto State. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place 4+ years on the tools preferred.
