Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Waseca County, Minnesota. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
