Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Polk County, Oregon. You will be based at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
