Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Ibadan South West, Oyo State. On the job you will handle: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line 4+ years on the tools preferred.
