Great opportunity: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Erath County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
