Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery.
