Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Eddy County, North Dakota. The job is at a halal meat counter. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
