Steel fixer wanted in Davis County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel fixer in Davis County, Utah. Day-to-day duties: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing You should have: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing 6+ years on the tools preferred.
