Bar bender and fixer wanted in Leon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Leon County, Florida. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. The role involves read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements 4+ years on the tools preferred.
