Backhoe operator wanted in Baca County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Baca County, Colorado. On a typical shift you will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
