Kitchenhand — Warren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Warren County, Missouri. The job is at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Overtime paid at a premium rate.
