We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Nodaway County, Missouri. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
