Plasterer — Bristol Bay Borough

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plasterer in Bristol Bay Borough, Alaska. On the job you will handle: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work You should have: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,000 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
