Fine-dining server • Grant County, Minnesota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Grant County, Minnesota. You will work in a café. On a typical shift you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
