Dish pit attendant — Brass

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Brass, Bayelsa State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
