We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in North Lincolnshire, England. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
