Abattoir worker — Pinal County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Pinal County, Arizona. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder 4+ years on the tools preferred.
