Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
