In-process quality controller — Missaukee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Missaukee County, Michigan. You will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
