Cake decorator — Lawrence County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Lawrence County, Illinois. Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
