We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Sangamon County, Illinois. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
