Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Hardee County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts.
