Gang bricklayer wanted in Alpena County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Alpena County, Michigan. You will be based at a renovation and extension job. The role involves: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation You should have: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Part-time with flexible hours.
