Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Manistee County, Michigan. The role involves: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T 6+ years on the tools preferred.
