Shuttering carpenter wanted in Ekiti East

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Ekiti East, Ekiti State. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. On a typical shift you will erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
