Requirements: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges The role involves read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets.
