Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Bland County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
