Hydraulic press operator — Piatt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Piatt County, Illinois. You will deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; record output and downtime on the production sheet; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Six days a week, one day off.
