Lathe programmer-operator — Van Buren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Van Buren County, Tennessee. You will work in a job-work machining unit. The role involves: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand Ideal candidate: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
