Great opportunity: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Mills County, Iowa. The role involves: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line You should have: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
