Line assembler • Calhoun County, Illinois

Now hiring: we are hiring a line assembler in Calhoun County, Illinois. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. On the job you will handle: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Careful handling of tools and components • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Six days a week, one day off.
