Dozer operator • Harrison County, Indiana

Now hiring: we are hiring a dozer operator in Harrison County, Indiana. You will be based at an open-cast mine. On a typical shift you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Overtime paid at a premium rate.
