Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bosso, Niger State. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
