Deboner — Custer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Custer County, Nebraska. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Rotating shifts.
