Paint and prep technician wanted in Boone County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Boone County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
