Dish pit attendant • Clark County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Clark County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
