Press operator — Marinette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press operator in Marinette County, Wisconsin. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Day to day you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; record output and downtime on the production sheet; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
