Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Madison County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
