Tandoor cook — Bwari

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Bwari, Federal Capital Territory. Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. ₦275,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
