Oven operator wanted in Logan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Logan County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 5+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
