Join our team: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Barry County, Michigan. You will work on a dam or embankment job. The role involves cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
