Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time, day shift.
