Now hiring: dry lining plasterer (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Knox County, Illinois. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Your main tasks: • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets Requirements: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • CSCS card or willing to obtain one We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
