Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Dunn County, Wisconsin. You will work in a die and mould making unit. You will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
